Job Summary

Job Description

Farview Ventures is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage daily shop operations inventory control billing activities GST-related documentation and customer support functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills basic accounting knowledge and the ability to handle administrative and operational responsibilities efficiently.

The Admin Executive will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations while maintaining accurate records stock levels and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily shop/store administrative operations.
  • Maintain and monitor stock and inventory records.
  • Handle billing invoicing and cash transaction processes.
  • Prepare and assist with GST filing and related documentation.
  • Coordinate stock movement and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain purchase sales and stock records systematically.
  • Support sales activities and assist customers with product inquiries.
  • Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve basic concerns.
  • Generate reports related to stock sales and administrative activities.
  • Maintain office files records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers vendors and internal teams when required.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of store operations and compliance with company procedures.
  • Perform basic computer-based administrative tasks and data entry work.

Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • Any Bachelors Degree Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Commerce or Business Administration background preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 13 years of experience in shop management store administration inventory management or administrative roles.
  • Experience in retail trading or store operations will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Skills

  • Knowledge of GST filing and GST-related documentation.
  • Experience in stock and inventory management.
  • Billing and invoicing experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word) and basic computer operations.
  • Record maintenance and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Sales coordination and customer handling experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic English speaking and writing ability.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.

Candidate Preference
