More about the role:
As a Designer at Burson you are expected to set a new bar for design (including websites apps layouts motion graphics and storyboard etc.) collaborate and oversee projects through their entire process from conception to execution translating marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate target audiences. You are also expected to have strong conceptual skills and a deep understanding of digital and social media.
What youll do:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the copywriter and the rest of the creative team and account team to ensure deadlines are met.
- Conceptualize & execute visuals based on campaign requirements.
- Apply creative in the copy/design for diversified medium including traditional and offline digital social motion graphics websites blogs newsletters brochures etc.
- Work with copywriter and the rest of the creative team to produce final designs.
- Amend designs after client or servicing feedback.
- Ensure the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and meet clients brief.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and design tools.
- Embeds Burson proprietary AI tools as a core part of the marketing workflow applying them to competitor research content development campaign performance analysis and audience strategy to make marketing decisions faster and more informed.
- Stay updated on social media trends and build relationships with key influencers and community contacts to optimize channels.
Experience that contributes to success:
- Strong conceptual and visual design skills across platforms with atleast 1-2 years of experience in relevant field
- Experience working on integrated campaigns (digital offline)
- Proficiency in design tools and creative software
- Understanding of branding layout and storytelling through visuals
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in handling feedback and delivering within timelines
- Awareness of digital trends social media and emerging formats
- Exposure to Generative AI tools and workflows in design
