Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Engineer / Data Analyst with up to 2 years of experience in data engineering analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to Databricks SQL data transformation and visualization tools. The role involves working with business stakeholders to build scalable data pipelines generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Engineering

• Develop maintain and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks.
• Extract transform and load data from multiple structured and unstructured data sources.
• Support data integration cleansing and quality assurance activities.
• Assist in building and maintaining data models and data warehouses.
• Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot performance or data quality issues.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends insights and business opportunities.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Develop SQL queries for data extraction validation and analysis.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and executive reporting needs.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations Product Finance and Business stakeholders.
• Document data processes business rules and technical specifications.
• Contribute to automation initiatives and continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Science Statistics Engineering or related field.
• 02 years of experience in Data Engineering Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark fundamentals.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.
• Knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with Python or PySpark for data processing.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Power BI Tableau or similar visualization tools.
