In this role we are looking for a Junior Value Stream Engineer to join our Assembly team!Job Description:
- Executing process improvements
- Implementing new process standards
- Daily troubleshooting of operative technical issues
- Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers for projects acting as the primary point of contact
- Supporting quality issues from process side
- Training/supporting local operators/shopfloor leadership for assembly processes
Required Skills and Education
- Master/Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Confident English knowledge verbal and written
- Proactive and result-driven mindset
- Engineering technology competence
Strong communication skills
Team player
Independent management of assigned projects
- Competence for minor surface machining activities (e.g. grinding polishing finishing) is an advantage
