The Transaction Manager Ops Hub is accountable for delivering disciplined highquality real estate outcomes across the GLOBAL footprint operating within a complex regulated and stakeholderintensive environment. The role requires senior judgement commercial credibility and the ability to translate strategy into controlled execution at scale.
The role exists to ensure that portfolio objectives are converted into practical prioritised and wellgoverned delivery. It provides leadership across people process and data ensuring consistency of standards while recognising local market complexity. The role holder acts as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders and is responsible for maintaining confidence control and delivery quality across the full asset lifecycle.
Job Description
- Lead delivery within defined scope ensuring alignment to portfolio priorities and governance requirements.
- Maintain strong control of risk approvals data integrity and reporting.
- Integrate effectively with adjacent functions including estates transactions strategy and finance.
- Exercise sound judgement on complex highimpact matters and escalate appropriately.
- Represent Cushman & Wakefield with credibility and professionalism at senior stakeholder level.
Operate within clearly defined governance frameworks approval authorities and audit expectations. Build effective working relationships with client leadership internal service lines and external advisers to ensure clarity alignment and confidence in delivery.
Significant experience within commercial real estate portfolio management or advisory environments. Proven ability to operate within structured governance models manage complexity and deliver outcomes across matrixed organisations. Strong communication analytical capability and professional judgement are essential.
