Technical Architect (Cloud & Data)

We are looking for a technically strong professional to join a global financial services organization supporting architecture governance across cloud compute and storage environments.

This role is ideal for someone with a development or data background who is interested in moving towards architecture and working on system-level design and decision-making.

About the team
You will be part of a central architecture function responsible for defining and governing technology standards architectural decisions and solution patterns across a large-scale global infrastructure landscape.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and tracking Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
  

• Supporting the creation of solution and reference architectures
  

• Collaborating with architects engineers and delivery teams across multiple domains
  

• Organizing and facilitating architecture review sessions
  

• Structuring and maintaining technical documentation
  

• Contributing to cross-domain solutions (data application infrastructure)
  

Requirements

We are looking for you if you:

• You have a higher education degree (Bsc Msc) in IT or a technical field
  

• Have 5years of experience in software development or data-related roles (e.g. Python Java ETL)
  

• Possess a solid understanding of data modelling or system design (e.g. DB2 Snowflake or similar)
  

• Are interested in architecture or already have some exposure to it
  

• Are comfortable working with technical stakeholders across teams
  

• Have strong organizational and communication skills
  

• Enjoy working in complex enterprise-scale environments
  

• You are a Hungarian citizen and you speak Hungarian and English well.
