Make an impact

  • Design and own the overall Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Service and related cloud platforms
  • translate business requirements into scalable secure and maintainable Salesforce architectures
  • define technical standards best practices and architectural guidelines for Salesforce implementations
  • lead solution design for complex Salesforce projects integrations and enhancements
  • oversee integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
  • govern change release and deployment processes within the Salesforce landscape
  • coordinate with external partners and Salesforce vendors on solution design and delivery
  • proactively research and recommend new Salesforce features and functionalities to drive continuous process improvement
  • report on architectural risks technical debt and platform roadmap progress.

What you need to succeed

  • 6 years of experience in Salesforce
  • proven experience in designing complex Salesforce architectures and integrations
  • solid understanding of data models security concepts and role-based access
  • extensive experience with REST and SOAP APIs integration patterns and middleware solutions
  • strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills and conceptual thinking
  • strong understanding of sales and marketing operations and business processes
  • proven ability both to work alone and to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
