We are now looking for a driven Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist EMEA to join our team. This position reports to Talent Acquisition & Development Manager for EMEA and will be based in Budapest Hungary.

About the position

As our Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist EMEA you will help shape the future of Dometic by attracting hiring and developing top talent across the region. Working closely with HR and business leaders you will drive recruitment excellence support learning initiatives and continuously enhance the candidate and employee experience.

Your main responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities across EMEA ensuring a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.

• Act as administrator and key user for or ATS managing requisitions postings templates user access reporting and data quality.

• Support hiring managers and HR colleagues with recruitment processes candidate sourcing interview coordination communication and best practices.

• Prepare recruitment analytics and reports and support continuous improvement of recruitment processes tools and candidate experience.

• Serve as regional ambassador and administrator for Dometic Academy supporting learning programs participant management and employee development initiatives.

• Participate in talent acquisition capability development upskilling and HR-related projects across the region.
