We are seeking an experienced Applications Cybersecurity Senior Analyst to join our Cybersecurity Engineering team. This is a hands-on technical role focused on Application Security responsible for identifying assessing and reducing security risks in internally developed and third party applications. This role partners closely with development DevOps and architecture teams to embed security throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) ensuring applications are resilient against modern threats while enabling business agility.

Your Impact:

• Perform application security reviews threat modeling and secure architecture assessments for security risks misconfigurations and abuse cases

• Analyze findings validate exploitability prioritize remediation and track risk reduction providing expert guidance on application security risks compensating controls and remediation strategies

• AI Prompt experience and fast learner on AI technology

• Support secure cloud native and microservices architectures

• Automate security testing and policy enforcement where possible

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or application development with strong focus on application security

• Development and Security mindset

• Hands on experience securing web applications APIs and cloud native services

• Experience with application security tools (SAST DAST SCA API scanning)

• Understanding of fundamental security principles such as Defense in Depth Separation of duties secure defaults economy of mechanism and complete mediation

Your Workplace:

This role follows AGCOs onsite work model with employees primarily working from an AGCO location a minimum of 2 days per week to support collaboration and teamwork.

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance HR IT Purchasing Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants cafés and a shopping center are also located around the office.
