Software Renewals Manager
Job Summary
- Lead coach and develop a high-performing team of Software Renewals specialists
- Set clear goals and performance metrics aligned with business and revenue priorities
- Oversee the full renewal lifecycle including tracking forecasting and execution
- Develop and implement strategies to improve retention and reduce customer churn
- Manage complex and high-value renewals including escalations and negotiations
- Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting identifying risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Customer Success Finance Legal and Product teams to align on pricing contracts and strategy
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the renewal process
- Deliver a consistent high-quality customer experience
- Optimize processes systems and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
- Use CRM and automation tools to enhance reporting and operational effectiveness
- Continuously refine renewal strategies using data-driven insights

- A degree in Business Finance Technology or a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in renewals account management sales operations or customer success environments
- Experience leading or mentoring team members
- Understanding of subscription-based or SaaS business models
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and build forecasts
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365
- Background in software licensing contract management or revenue operations
- Familiarity with metrics such as churn retention ARR and net revenue retention
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
