What youlldo

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - User Experience Research Participant Coordinator Intern

Location: Budapest Hungary

Duration: min. 12 months - during the wholeinternshipa full-time active student status isrequired(aktívnappalihallgatóijogviszony)

Time schedule: min. 24 hours/week (possible schedules: 24 / 30 / 32 /40 hours per week)

As a working student you will be part of SAPs User Experience Research team contributing to research activities that help uncover user needs pain points preferences and expectations. You will collaborate with experienced UX researchers and cross-functional teams to bring the user perspective into the product development process and help create intuitive accessible and enjoyable user experiences.

Your hands-on contributions may include:

  • Supporting the planning and execution of user research activities including participant recruitment screening and study preparation
  • Conducting and supporting qualitative and quantitative user research through interviews surveys and contextual inquiries
  • Analyzing and synthesizing research findings into actionable insights
  • Contributing to personas user journey maps presentations and research reports
  • Supporting competitive analyses and heuristic evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with UX product and engineering teams and advocating for the user perspective in product decisions

What you bring

  • You are currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences preferably studying UX Human-Computer Interaction Psychology Sociology Design or a related field.
  • You have a strong interest in user experience user research and understanding user needs and behavior.
  • You have an understanding of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods such as interviews surveys or usability testing.
  • Experience with tools used for research data analysis presentation or UX design is an advantage.
  • Experience creating personas journey maps presentations or research reports is a plus.
  • You are fluent in Hungarian and English.
  • You bring strong soft skills: collaborative well-organized curious analytical and empathetic.
  • You have strong communication skills and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
  • You are flexible and able to learn quickly and thrive in a collaborative fast-moving environment.
