Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Operations

Administer and maintain SAP systems including ECC S/4HANA BW/4HANA Solution Manager and other integrated applications.
Perform system installations configurations upgrades patching and kernel updates.
Manage system copies client copies and transport management (STMS).
Monitor system performance analyze logs and proactively address bottlenecks.
Solid hands-on experience with SAP technologies like SAP NetWeaver Web Dispatcher SAP Cloud Platform (BTP)
Working experience on any of the non-netweaver products like - Business Objects solutions Convergent Charging Convergent Mediation OpenText BOBJ BODS etc
Work experience in Cloud Operations for running applications systems on a large scale.
Incident Management & Troubleshooting

Serve as a point of escalation for complex SAP BASIS incidents diagnosing and resolving issues related to system availability performance and connectivity.
Analyze and resolve alerts from monitoring tools (e.g. Solution Manager CCMS third-party tools).
Document root cause analyses and implement preventive measures to minimize recurrence.
Service Request Fulfillment

Process and fulfill service requests from business and IT teams system parameter changes and report scheduling
Performed SAP Upgrades should have hands-on experience in patching SAP Systems.
Should have good hands on experience in SSL certificates installations and renewal.
Should have hands-on experience on Fiori webdispatchers.
Performance & Optimization

Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning.
Optimize SAP HANA database administration including backups recovery and space management.
Implement and maintain high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
Security & Compliance

Ensure system security through regular patching vulnerability assessments and compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
Manage SSL certificates SSO configurations and audit logging.
Project Participation

Collaborate on SAP upgrade migration and implementation projects.
Provide BASIS expertise in architecture design sizing and deployment planning.
