Sales Support Project Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Project Coordinator to support our sales and project teams by ensuring the smooth execution of customer orders and projects from quotation through delivery.

What will you do

• Coordinate customer orders and projects throughout their lifecycle
• Prepare and manage quotations orders and related documentation
• Act as a key contact between customers sales teams suppliers logistics partners and internal stakeholders
• Track deliveries and project milestones to ensure timely execution
• Support procurement and logistics activities
• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate issue resolution
• Maintain accurate information in ERP and CRM systems
• Prepare reports and support project performance tracking
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and operational excellence

Qualifications :

Required Profile

• Experience in project coordination order management sales support logistics customer service or a similar role
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset
• Confident English communication skills both written and verbal & fluent in Hungarian 
• Good MS Office skills especially Excel

Additional Key Success Factors

• Experience working in an international environment
• ERP/CRM system knowledge
• Experience in manufacturing supply chain or project-based businesses
