The Position

The Record to Report (R2R) Department is a global organization of over 650 experienced finance professionals working together to deliver financial services and solutions for Roche across the EMEA region. Our services cover financial management period-end closing capital and lease accounting credit and receivables manufacturing finance and divisional reporting ensuring compliance for 263 reporting entities in 96 countries with accounting standards (IFRS GAAP) and providing assurance of financial integrity.

The Opportunity:

As a Sales Order Processing Analyst you will execute the day-to-day activities according to the agreed service level and in compliance with the SOPs of the respective business sub-process propose process and system improvements and contribute continuously to the improvement of the performance of SSC. Your main daily job will be to process medication orders coming from pharmacies hospitals and wholesalers located in Belgium.

  • Performing complete stringent and timely tasks while supporting daily affiliate operations.

  • Controlling validating and modifying customer orders in SAP and blocking orders as required by regional processes.

  • Identifying and resolving issues analyzing root causes to prevent recurrence and making decisions within defined criteria.

  • Collaborating with the local affiliates customer service team and ensuring precise administration.

  • Participating in stakeholder calls team meetings and workshops to maintain effective communication.

  • Proactively fostering team cooperation assisting colleagues and handling various cross-functional or cross-geographic tasks as business needs evolve.

Who you are:

  • University or College Degree or ongoing studies that allow for full-time employment

  • 1-2 years of related experience desirably in an SSC environment or experience in data entry

  • Customer centricity through your day-to-day interactions

  • End-to-end accountability problem-solving skills growth mindset in ambiguous situations

  • Multi-cultural acceptance ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

  • Experience with SAP is an advantage

  • Proficiency in English and French
