Make an impact
Oversee and ensure the effective execution of core accounting processes including:
- Bank and cash management
- transactional accounting (journal entry preparation and posting)
- fixed asset accounting
- balance sheet reconciliations
- intercompany accounting activities
- month-end close and financial reporting
- ensure accuracy completeness and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
Team Leadership:
- Lead develop and motivate a team of approximately 1015 accounting professionals
- manage onboarding training performance evaluation and continuous development of team members
- foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure timely execution of daily operations and month-end closing activities
- monitor and drive performance against defined KPIs
- identify improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
Process Standardization & Change-management:
- actively support process standardization and change initiatives
- coordinate knowledge transfer and handover sessions
- review and approve process documentation and work instructions
- collaborate closely with project teams SMEs and business stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues
- maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- ensure effective communication across functions and regions.
Projects & Audit Support:
- contribute to RTR transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- support internal and external audit activities and ensure compliance readiness.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- minimum 5 years of experience in RTR or accounting operations
- proven experience in people management ideally within a multinational Shared Service Center (SSC/BSC) environment
- strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes (IFRS)
- solid technical skills (MS Office SAP..).
