Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on driven and quality-focused Recruitment Lead who can actively lead and develop our IT & transformation recruitment capability.
This is not a purely administrative or coordination-focused HR role.
We are looking for someone who:

drives recruitment performance
improves delivery quality
supports business growth
and actively contributes to building a high-performing recruitment organization.
The role combines:
recruitment leadership
hands-on delivery involvement
stakeholder management
and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Leadership
Lead and coordinate the recruitment team
Drive recruitment quality delivery performance and accountability
Improve sourcing screening and candidate management processes
Support recruiter development and mentoring
Build a performance- and ownership-oriented recruitment culture
Hands-On Recruitment
Actively participate in recruitment delivery for strategic or complex roles
Support sourcing and candidate identification activities when needed
Ensure strong candidate experience and communication quality
Improve recruitment speed and delivery consistency
Business Partnership
Work closely with Sales and Management teams
Understand client needs and transformation project requirements
Support staffing of transformation PMO ERP data and IT delivery projects
Contribute to strategic workforce and capability planning
Process & Quality Improvement
Improve recruitment KPIs and reporting transparency
Strengthen quality standards and candidate evaluation processes
Support recruitment process optimization and operational efficiency
Introduce best practices and scalable recruitment approaches
