We are seeking a Purchasing Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives that enable operational excellence cost efficiency and resilient supply this role you will partner cross-functionally with engineering operations finance and suppliers to deliver high-quality materials and services while supporting innovation sustainability and long-term business growth.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Develop and execute global and regional sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities and demand forecasts
Lead supplier selection contract negotiations and category management to optimize total cost of ownership
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships driving performance through KPIs scorecards and continuous improvement plans
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on specifications timelines and budget expectations
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including dual sourcing inventory strategies and contingency planning
Drive cost savings initiatives value engineering and process improvements across procurement activities
Ensure compliance with company policies ethical sourcing standards and regulatory requirements
Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve procurement performance
Mentor and support team members fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and development

For This Role You Will Need:
Demonstrated experience in procurement strategic sourcing or supply chain management
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Experience working with suppliers in a global environment
Knowledge of procurement systems and tools (e.g. ERP sourcing platforms)
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Commitment to ethical sourcing and compliance practices
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience managing complex categories (e.g. direct materials electronics mechanical components)
Familiarity with cost modeling should-cost analysis or value engineering methodologies
Exposure to sustainability initiatives and responsible sourcing practices
Experience leading cross-functional or multicultural teams
Background in manufacturing engineering or industrial environments
