Purchasing Coordinator

to join ourPurchasing Teamin ourSzentendre office.

As a Purchasing Coordinator you will ensure efficient compliant and value-driven non-production procurement by managing sourcing supplier relationships contracts purchasing systems and internal processes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support business operations while maintaining high standards of governance compliance and operational excellence.

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the position

• Lead non-production purchasing activities in line with global procurement policies and internal controls.
• Coordinate sourcing supplier selection contract management and purchasing processes to ensure compliance value and efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve procurement and invoicing issues.
• Oversee purchasing systems (SAP Ariba and supplier databases) ensuring accurate data user support and process governance.
• Support audits maintain purchasing documentation and drive continuous improvement through training and process guidance
  

Are we looking for you Yes if you

• Hold a university degree in Law Economics or a related field (Law preferred).
• Have strong English communication skills and are confident working with diverse stakeholders.
• Are detail-oriented organized and committed to accuracy and compliance.
• Enjoy solving problems working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Are comfortable using business systems and digital tools with experience in procurement or SAP Ariba considered an advantage.
