DescriptionIn This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Respond to customer and sales inquiries by ensuring timely and accurate entry of customer orders
Acknowledge customer orders and proactively communicate shipment status including any potential delays
Review process and manage customer order change requests with attention to detail
Coordinate with manufacturing facilities to expedite orders and support ontime delivery commitments
Maintain close and effective communication with customers and sales organizations to ensure alignment and satisfaction
Process and issue invoices in accordance with internal policies and customer requirements
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and service quality
