Make an impact
- Develop and maintain data workflows that collect process and analyze information to support business intelligence project management and portfolio planning activities
- Develop operate and document software tools dashboards and reports that support PMO and project-related processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions and levels to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective data solutions and visualizations such as those created with Microsoft Power BI
- Create and maintain process documentation tool checklists and user guides to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing
- Continuously improve PMO tools and processes to enhance transparency of project status roadmaps and business case progress through KPIs and data-driven insights
- Ensure data quality integrity and consistency across all reporting and analytics platforms
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and data interpretation
- Define data governance and reporting solutions in agile tools e.g. Microsoft Azure
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and business intelligence
What you need to succeed
- BSc or MSc degree in a technical economic or financial field
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps Power Automate Microsoft Azure and SharePoint knowledge of Microsoft BI is a plus
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Strong process understanding conceptual thinking and strategic skills
- High-level communication skills in English and Hungarian
- German language skills are an advantage
