Make an impact
  • Lead cross-functional hardware and mechanical design development projects ensuring end-to-end ownership from project initiation to successful delivery.
  • Gather analyze and prioritize development requirements ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Define project scope objectives deliverables timelines and resource requirements.
  • Plan monitor and control project schedules budgets and resource allocation.
  • Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Identify assess and proactively manage project risks issues and dependencies.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration among engineering product management quality and other stakeholders.
  • Apply project management best practices and Stage-Gate processes throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans status reports meeting minutes and other project documentation.
  • Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and management regarding project progress key decisions risks and mitigation plans.
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes tools and governance.
What you need to succeed
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager Technical Project Leader Product Owner or in a similar role.
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in hardware development and mechanical design projects.
  • Strong understanding of complex technical systems and engineering processes.
  • Excellent communication presentation coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project Online.
  • Fluent English both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and experience with Azure DevOps are an advantage.
