- Lead cross-functional hardware and mechanical design development projects ensuring end-to-end ownership from project initiation to successful delivery.
- Gather analyze and prioritize development requirements ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Define project scope objectives deliverables timelines and resource requirements.
- Plan monitor and control project schedules budgets and resource allocation.
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved while maintaining high quality standards.
- Identify assess and proactively manage project risks issues and dependencies.
- Facilitate effective collaboration among engineering product management quality and other stakeholders.
- Apply project management best practices and Stage-Gate processes throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain project plans status reports meeting minutes and other project documentation.
- Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and management regarding project progress key decisions risks and mitigation plans.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes tools and governance.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager Technical Project Leader Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in hardware development and mechanical design projects.
- Strong understanding of complex technical systems and engineering processes.
- Excellent communication presentation coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong sense of ownership with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project Online.
- Fluent English both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and experience with Azure DevOps are an advantage.
