Job Description Summary
The Preboarding Services Specialist delivers services supporting GE Aerospace preboarding processes. Respond to process queries from employees managers and HRMs in a timely and professional manner according to established standards expectations and established metrics. Provides continuous improvement focus to improve customer service levels and delivery of efficient processes and services.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provides preboarding support and services. Ensures performance to established standards and performance metrics.

  • Provides day to day support for preboarding related service tickets processes transactions escalation and program/event support (including offer letters employment agreements background checks drug screen and other preboarding documentation and processes).

  • With a focus to customer service interacts directly with functional stakeholders external candidates employees HRMs and people managers to deliver efficient services and standard work.

  • May handle sensitive issues and communication when working through day to day issues.

  • Studies industry trends and best practices.

  • Learns and applies Lean principles in maintenance of functional standard work.

  • Builds relationships with COE partners customers and end users to understand their needs and how they can be fulfilled through functional services and processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • This role requires advanced experience in the Human Resources & Service Delivery. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

  • English German and Hungarian speaking
