To be clear before you read on: the job is in Budapest Hungary not in Poland. You would be relocating. Most people we place have never lived abroad before and the company covers the parts that usually stop people.

• We would prefer local candidates but we can offer a relocation package which consist of paid travel and at least 1 week of paid accommodation which can be extended up to 2-3 weeks

The Polish-speaking Customer Support Advisor provides technical and account-related support to our client users primarily handling phone enquiries with additional email support. Day-to-day cases include account setup bans game purchases hacking incidents and other technical or account issues requiring agents to quickly learn our client systems and troubleshooting processes. The role operates fully on-site within a secure PCI environment as part of a multinational team.

Day to day that means the Polish-speaking Customer Support Advisor provides technical and account-related support to our client users primarily handling phone enquiries with additional email support. Day-to-day cases include account setup bans game purchases hacking incidents and other technical or account issues requiring agents to quickly learn our client systems and troubleshooting processes. The role operates fully on-site within a secure PCI environment as part of a multinational short: Customer Support Technical Troubleshooting Polish & English Gaming/our client Work schedule: Mon-Fri 9 AM - 6 PM.

• Availability to start as soon as possible
• Strong customer communication skills
• Ability to learn technical systems and processes quickly
• Strong interest in technology and gaming
• Availability for MondayFriday 09:0017:00 or 10:0018:00 shifts
• Willingness to work fully on-site in Hungary
• Polish C1/C2 English B2
