PMO Analyst
Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
We are looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to join our Programme Management Office and support a complex portfolio of Digital Workplace Services (DWS) programmes and projects. Youll play a key role in driving programme governance financial oversight portfolio reporting resource planning and delivery excellence while continuously improving PMO processes through data automation and AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities
Support programme governance reporting planning risk issue dependency and milestone management across a portfolio of projects.
Produce executive-level dashboards status reports portfolio insights and steering committee materials.
Manage financial reporting budget tracking forecasting variance analysis revenue and margin reporting and period-end activities.
Support portfolio resource planning capacity forecasting and utilisation management.
Maintain integrated programme plans PMO standards templates tools and data quality.
Partner with project managers finance resource managers and senior stakeholders to provide accurate reporting and actionable insights.
Drive continuous improvement by automating PMO processes and leveraging AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
36 years PMO Analyst experience within a complex multi-project or programme environment.
Strong experience in programme governance portfolio reporting planning risk management and PMO best practices.
Proven experience in financial management including budgeting forecasting variance analysis revenue/margin reporting and resource planning.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel PowerPoint SharePoint) and project management tools; Power BI and workflow automation tools (e.g. Power Automate) are advantageous.
Strong analytical organizational and communication skills with the ability to present complex information to senior stakeholders.
Experience using AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity and PMO outputs.
PMO or project management certification (PRINCE2 PMP APM PMQ) and experience in technology consulting or transformation environments are desirable.
A proactive collaborative adaptable and delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
