People Operations Specialist (mfd) (Maternity Cover 2 years)
Job Summary
As a People Operations Specialist you will be the backbone of our HR administration ensuring smooth centralized human resource this role you will manage payroll preparation benefits and data administration while maintaining high efficiency in our service processes. You will serve as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries establish standard procedures and collaborate closely with HR program managers and system specialists to optimize our HR ecosystem.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
HR Administration: Manage the full employee lifecycle administration including onboarding offboarding organizational changes and labor law documentation.
Contract Management: Prepare employment contracts amendments and other HR-related legal documents.
Payroll & Benefits Support: Handle ongoing communication and data provision for our external payroll providers; verify payroll processes and fully manage payroll-related documentation.
Data & Systems Integrity: Maintain up-to-date employee personal data in our HR systems and ensure personnel files are continuously accurate and compliant.
Reporting & Support: Prepare regular HR reports and provide guidance to managers and colleagues on employment-related matters.
Special Operations: Handle administrative tasks related to student employees and perform other position-related tasks assigned by the Managing Directors or your direct supervisor.
Qualifications :
- Education & Experience: Higher education degree or equivalent relevant professional experience backed by at least 2 years of experience in HR operations or HR administration.
Language Skills: Intermediate to fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
Tech Savviness: User-level knowledge of MS Office. Experience with HR systems is required with Workday being a strong advantage.
Mindset: Highly organized detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach to supporting employees.
