Description
As anOrder Management Internat INNIO you provide administrative support for spare parts order processing including order entry and booking as well as the preparation of shipping instructions and related shipping documents.

Your responsibilities:
- Process orders entry validation and booking in accordance with customer requirements and applicable Order Rules
- Ensure on-time order entry validation and booking of customer orders
- Screen and prioritize incoming requests
- Prepare shipping instructions shipping documents certificates and other required documents to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer expectations
- Follow EHS rules and warn others to follow the rules execute mandatory EHS trainings and immediately report the incidents and near misses as required
Your profile:
- Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies Bachelors degree in any stream or related discipline (Logistics Economics Business Administration etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word Power Point Access) and MS Outlook
- Ability to work 40hours / week
- Strong passionate supporter of customer service excellence
- FluentEnglish AND Hungarianis a must
- Excellent communication skills self-motivated and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently work out and apply new ways of resolution
- Team player attitude
