Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate domestic and international road transport
• Maintain ongoing communication with all parties across the logistics chain
• Prepare manage and track transport orders
• Monitor and follow up on shipment-related quality performance
• Handle day-to-day logistics administration

Qualifications :

• Degree in a relevant field (e.g. business logistics or supply chain)
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Confident working-level English skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (user level)
• Strong communication skills
• Assertive proactive personality
• Ability to manage complex situations think clearly and simplify processes
