Microsoft 365 Administrator

Make an impact

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment (e.g. SharePoint Online MS Teams Power Platform Power Automate Copilot etc.)
• implement and configure Microsoft 365 solutions to meet business requirements
• design and develop process automation using Power Apps and Power Automate
• troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services
• promote use of Microsoft 365 and provide support end users with Microsoft 365 tools
• consult and train users and business departments on how efficiently use Microsoft 365 features to optimize business processes (Copilot Teams Power Automate ...)
• ensure compliance with security privacy and governance policies within the Microsoft 365 environment
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates to optimize usage
• share knowledge within the IT department proactively through knowledge sharing and the creation of knowledge base articles
• manage execute or support IT projects when required
• support audits and certifications (TISAX ISO27001 and others)
• define and enforce department operating policies procedures and budget
• adhere to corporate policies and procedures and legal requirements
• perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed

• 3 years experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator Microsoft 365 Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online MS Teams Power Platform Power Automate Copilot etc.
• basic knowledge of EntraID M365 Security & Compliance and other basic IT Infrastructure services
• experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks
• excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
• very good communication skills both to close colleagues and internal customers
• strong initiative and willingness to take ownership of tasks projects and other responsibilities
• ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly to ensure smooth operations
• ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ability to travel a few times per year
• ability to work non-standard hours if needed
• desirable: Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Information Systems or combined equivalent in education and experience
• desirable: experience with Copilot Studio and developing and deploying Copilot Agents
• desirable: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
