In this role youwillbe a key part of ateam oftechnical businessdevelopersthatsupport the businessto manage automate and streamline their data requirementsand develop and presentinsights that drive business decision making.

Whether it be understandingmarketbehaviourseller performanceorlogistics processesthis role will be responsible forensuring the data is gathered in the mostefficient and effective manner using the moderndata lakeautomationand Business Intelligence tools and languages.

A key requirement of the role is to ensure all reporting and the accompanying business analysis is accurate and delivered in a timely manner to bring maximum benefit to the business.You are responsible for designing developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions.You are also expected to be amember of theDXBusiness Intelligence Centre of Excellencebeing an advocate of best practice ways of workingseamlessly joining business understanding with end to end developmentand solutioning.

Youwill:

• Liaise with variety of business stakeholdersand business analyststo understand therelativepriorities and manage the demand pipeline and requirements from the business.

• Closely cooperate with business PICs advising data availability sources and solutions.

• Ensure data is available collected stored and prepared in the most efficient and effective manner utilising tooling such as Power Automate Databricks and Power BI platform.

• Design buildand manage reportsand dashboardssupportingDX BI&AneedscoveringareaslikeSalesMarket sharesellout and stockinvestments store andonline intelligence.

• Use best possible technologies/ solutionsto provide optimisation related toDataset Dataflowand their visualization

• Continuous structured communication to be conducted with DXDeveloperteamcontainingchanges developments project statusesandrelevantstatuses linked to deliverables.

• Develop and maintain documentation for BI processes tools and reports.

• Attend to stakeholder meetings developmentrequest clarification events

• Ensure all products whether developed personally or by a third party adhere to company development standards and undergo any necessary QA checks and processes.

• Ensure that data quality and governance are positive contributors to stakeholders processes.

• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends patterns and insights.

You willbring:

• Aminimum of3-4yearsof experienceinBusiness Intelligence roles.

• Ability to get inspired by developingefficient solutionspowerful data visualisations and storytelling using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI with a high level of technical competence.

• Proficiency in:

• MSExcel(high level)

• MS SQL(mediorlevel)

• MSPowerAutomate(mediorlevel)

• MSPowerBI(M DAX)(mediorlevel)

withhighly numerate and analytical commercially astuteskills.

• Excellent organisational & time management skills witha strongability toprioritise.

• Ability to communicate clearly effectively and influentially both verbally & in writing.Ability to understand and translate business requests
