KeyResponsibilities
Responsibleforcreationmaintenanceandintegrityof global datain ERPsystemsrelatedtoallbusinesspartnersitemsandreferencetables.
FacilitatetheworkflowprocessintheERPsystemworkingdirectlywiththeinternalcustomers(plantsalesprocurementcorporatedepartments)togetrequestsinputintosystemappropriatelyandensureworkflowprocessisfollowed
Review of requestsfor new or modified business partners to ensure they are in line with Sourcing or Commercial strategyorfor new or modified items to ensure coding and classification is in line with item standards and governorship.
Traintherelevantpartiesontheworkflowprocessforcreationandchangesof Master Data.
InteractwithinternalcustomersGreiflocationsSourcingSalesand AP & ARcolleagues
Initiate andparticipatein projects or actions to improve the overall performance quality of Master Data handlingand contribute to the success of the ERP implementation project as requested
Ensurethatallcompanycontrolsaremet
Education andExperience
High School Diploma (intermediate). Bachelors degree preferred
Relevant workingexperience in business processinan international organisation SSCenvironmentexperience is a plus
Knowledge ofindustryterminology andthe ability to use it during your daily work
Experiencewithmasterdatamanagement is anadvantage
KnowledgeandSkills
Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
Knowledge ofERP systems andrelated business software programs.
Basicunderstandingof accountingprinciplesandfinancialstatementsis anadvantage.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is Ft7203800.00 - Ft.00 annually. Typically a competitive wage for new hires will fall between7203800.00 to.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge skills experience and geographic location.
