Network Delivery Manager

Program & Delivery Management

• Manage demand and program management activities

• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers (VARs OEMs) toprocurenecessary equipment and services

• Ensuretimelydelivery and installation

• Break down complex problems andestimate effort and timelines

• Work independently and contribute to both the immediate team and wider business teams

Vendor & Financial Management

• Managevendors across the portfolio

• Providefinancial oversightfor assigned initiatives

Technical Coordination & Decision Support

• Demonstrate ability to makeinformed technology decisionsbased on due diligence and impact assessment

• Drive andparticipateindesign reviews

• Applyexisting technologies to designs

• Possessstrong domain knowledge in networking(at the level needed to support decisions)

Network Performance & Optimization

• Identifyopportunities fornetwork optimization

• Implement improvements to enhanceefficiency and performance

Governance Standards & Compliance

• Ensure network designs and implementationscomply withcompany standards and security protocols

Collaboration & Influence

• Collaborate effectively across teams and functions

• Demonstrate strongcustomer focusin decisions and processes

Must-have

• Strongproject/program management experience

• Basic understanding of network infrastructure

• Experience working in alarge global matrix organization

• Ability to managehigh workload and multiple parallel projects

• Experience working withvendors and cross-functional stakeholders

• Comfortable working with engineers and discussing technical topics

• PMP Scrum Master or related Project Management certifications are nice to have

For Poland based positions Annual Salary Range: 279 440 PLN - 384 230 PLN

Placement within this range depends on:

• Relevant skills and qualifications

• Prior job-related experience

• Internal equity considerations (alignment with colleagues in similar roles) e.t.c.
