Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support execution of global e-invoicing initiatives across EMEA ensuring compliance with country-specific mandates and alignment to enterprise standards
• Drive process transformation and optimization efforts across Finance workflows (R2R P2P and O2C) to enable scalable finance processes
• Partner with regional Finance Tax and Technology teams to gather requirements identify gaps and deliver effective solutions
• Manage project lifecycle activities including planning requirements definition testing (UAT) deployment and post-go-live support
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across regions to ensure timely delivery of program milestones and issue resolution
• Support system configuration integration and troubleshooting related to e-invoicing and Finance systems (e.g. Workday external platforms)
• Track and report project progress risks and key performance metrics to EMEA and global leadership
• Contribute to change management training and adoption of new processes and technologies across impacted teams

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field
• 58 years of experience in Finance Finance Transformation or Financial Systems
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects or transformation initiatives
• Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives (e.g. e-invoicing tax reporting) preferred

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong understanding of Finance processes (P2P O2C; R2R exposure a plus)
• Experience with ERP systems (Workday Financials or similar preferred)
• Project management capabilities including planning execution and stakeholder coordination
• Knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls (SOX exposure a plus)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
