Logistics Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate domestic and international road transportation activities
• Manage transport orders from creation to completion ensuring timely execution
• Maintain effective communication with carriers customers warehouses and internal stakeholders
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve transportation issues
• Track and analyze transport-related performance and service quality indicators
• Ensure compliance with company policies transportation regulations and safety standards
• Handle logistics documentation and day-to-day administrative tasks
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within transport and logistics processes

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation logistics or supply chain operations
• Confident working proficiency in English both written and spoken
• Native or fluent Hungarian language skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel
• Experience working with ERP TMS or SAP systems is considered an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive solution-oriented and able to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
