Your Responsibilities:

Managing the complete procurement process of materials and spare parts required during aircraft maintenance (requesting quotations tendering ordering and related administrative tasks)
Maintaining daily contact with suppliers
Summarizing logistics/procurement costs incurred during maintenance
Continuous communication with internal departments as well as with airline representatives (in both English and Hungarian)
Coordinating all logistics activities
Managing claims and complaints
Preparing reports for management and airline representatives
Handling customs clearance
Evaluating and developing suppliers

What We Expect From You:

High-school graduation
At least 12 years of experience in a similar role (logistics foreign trade freight forwarding etc.)
Active intermediate English proficiency (confident use in speaking and writing)
User-level knowledge of MS Office
Excellent organizational skills independence accuracy and a proactive attitude
Adaptability and flexibility in work
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
