Key Account Specialist (Advanced Surgery & Anesthesia)

- Achieve sales and business objectives within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons anesthesiologists intensivists pharmacists procurement teams and hospital management.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive product adoption.
- Deliver product presentations workshops and training sessions.
- Support clinicians with product knowledge and clinical evidence.
- Represent Baxter at congresses educational events and customer meetings.
Tender & Market Access Support
- Monitor and support hospital tender processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and distributor/wholesaler partners to ensure successful participation in bids.
- Track healthcare market developments and competitive activities.
- Report product complaints and quality issues according to Baxter procedures.
- Identify collect and report adverse events and safety information within required timelines.
- Educate customers on product safety reporting requirements.
- Adhere to all Baxter quality compliance and pharmacovigilance policies. (Mandatory responsibility).
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences Healthcare Pharmacy Nursing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device companies.
- Experience working with hospitals and healthcare stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tender and procurement processes.
- Fluent Hungarian and professional English.
- Basic knowledge of Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint
- Experience promoting products within Advanced Surgery Anesthesia Critical Care ICU or Operating Room environments.
- Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes and reimbursement landscape.
- Strong stakeholder management presentation and negotiation skills.
