Key account manager Merchant Sales

Do you enjoy the world of e-commerce business development and data-driven sales We are looking for a new colleague who will help grow key merchant partnerships across categories the below categories: Home & Garden Construction & Renovation Cars & Motorcycles Furniture & Furnishings Hobby. We are not looking for just another sales person but for a strategic business partner who understands how to grow categories build strong relationships and turn data into business opportunities.

• Develop and grow an assigned merchant portfolio within dedicated categories.
• Build long-term relationships with key merchants and category leaders.
• Achieve quarterly goals and drive category growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new merchants.
• Sell Heureka tools data performance and solutions.
• Work closely with BI Customer Support Brand Sales and Onboarding teams.
• Monitor category performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Report activities and results in Salesforce.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce retail or merchant sales.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Understanding of e-commerce retail mechanisms and category management.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinking and business-centric approach.
• English at B1B2 level.
• Team spirit and ability to get things done.

• Experience with tools such as Looker GoodData or Salesforce.
• Background in performance marketing CRM or retail.
• Experience from marketplaces e-commerce platforms or retail companies.
• Project management experience.
