Job Summary

On behalf of our innovative global pharmaceutical client we are looking for a Hematology Key Account Manager to join their growing team in this role you will be responsible for promoting an innovative hematology portfolio building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and driving sales performance across your assigned territory with a primary focus on leading hematology clinics and centers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with Hematology Clinics and leading Hematology Centers
  • Establish and maintain strong professional partnerships with key healthcare professionals including key accounts and key opinion leaders
  • Promote assigned products in accordance with territory and account strategies.
  • Coordinate field activities to deliver sales objectives and achieve business targets.
  • Meet sales goals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Analyze market segments and develop targeted communication approaches for different customer groups.
  • Identify market opportunities and potential challenges within the relevant therapeutic area by leveraging customer insights and local market knowledge.
  • Effectively utilize multichannel communication tools and contribute to the successful implementation of multichannel marketing campaigns.

Key Requirements:

  • University degree in Life Sciences
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and account management ideally within an international and innovative company.
  • Previous experience in Hematology or Oncology especially with innovative therapies will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong ability to interpret understand and communicate scientific information as well as health economic data and insights.
  • Solid knowledge of the Hungarian pharmaceutical market and customer landscape.
  • Professional working proficiency in both English and Hungarian.
