- Employee support: serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding P&O administration and operations-related inquiries
- Employee lifecycle administration: manage and administer end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (prepare and issue employee documentation: employment contracts and amendments employer certificates and verification letter; support with administrative requests related to benefits tax allowances; coordinate occupational health examinations)
- New hire onboarding and induction: organize and facilitate induction sessions for new employees
- P&O administration and documentation management: perform P&O administrative tasks and ensure compliance with document retention and data protection requirements (filing scanning digitally storing and archiving documentation)
- Process improvement and continuous development: participate in the review optimization documentation and implementation of (new) P&O operational processes.
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Understanding of employment lifecycle processes and HR administration
- Organizational and administrative skills with confidentiality and professionalism
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ticketing systems and reporting tools.
