- Review and approve financial transactions (e.g. Ariba purchase requests)
- Maintain and create finance master data in SAP (e.g. cost centers WBS elements)
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness in cost structure hierarchy
- Support cost allocation setup and updates (e.g. allocation keys mappings)
- Assist OPEX and CAPEX planning
- Calculation of hourly rates per function
- Execute predefined data uploads corrections and reconciliations
- Prepare standard reports and data extracts for further analysis
- Maintain documentation of processes and master data changes
- Support the team in improving data quality and efficiency of processes.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field
- First practical experience (internship or entry-level role in finance/controlling)
- Basic knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and structured working approach
- Good MS Excel skills
- Fluent in English
