What youll be doing:

• Backend Development: Develop and maintain backend services and microservices using Java and modern frameworks.
• Frontend Development: Develop and maintain modern web applications using Angular or React with TypeScript in collaboration with UX/UI designers
• Event-Driven Architecture: Build robust asynchronous event-driven systems leveraging technologies such as Kafka & MQTT
• Cloud-Ready Solutions: Develop enterprise-grade software that is scalable resilient and optimized for cloud environments.
• API Development: Build RESTful and asynchronous APIs following best practices for security performance and maintainability.
• Code Quality & Testing: Deliver clean well-documented code with comprehensive test coverage; contribute to test autiomation participate in peer reviews.
• CI/CD Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate services into automated CI/CD pipelines
• Agile Delivery: Work as an active member of an Agile Scrum team in collaboration with stakeholders to refine requirements clarify acceptance criteria while deliver features iteratively
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and tech debt elimination
• AI: Use AI tools to improve your delivery effectiveness and execution.

What makes you a great fit:

• 3 years of experience in backend engineering with Java Spring Boot and RESTful API.
• Comfortable touching frontend
• Experience with Git
• Experience working in Linux environments
• Clear and confident communication in English

Not required but awesome:

• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols
• Experience with Kafka Redis or other distributed data technologies.
• Knowledge of Docker Kubernetes and cloud-native environments.
• Experience with scripting languages (Bash Python etc.)
• Interest in prompt engineering or agentic AI tooling.
• Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana Prometheus OpenTelemetry).
