Feladatok

Providing 2nd level onsite and remote IT support to end users
troubleshoot and resolve incidents as well as assisting in performing root cause analysis on problems
work with other support functions on projects take responsibility on assigned IT project tasks
perform hardware break fix support and software installation requests as assigned
keep asset database up to date in Fresh Service.

Elvárások

High quality Resolution of end users incident and service requests in accordance with Europe SLA expectations
high-level incident and problem analysis as required to resolve incidents and requests
minimum 3 years of service in IT Administrator role
fluent in English
MS Office 0365/ SharePoint knowledge
Windows 10/11 support.
