• Support the achievement of sales and margin targets through reliable customer and order management
  
• Manage quotations orders samples delivery schedules and commercial enquiries throughout the sales process
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional telephone and day-to-day sales support
  
• Identify additional sales opportunities across Rutroniks product portfolio and support the development of existing and new customers
  
• Maintain customer contract and project data and prepare reports for sales planning and performance tracking
  
• Work closely with Account Management Product Marketing Material Management Supply Chain Accounts Receivable and Customer Service

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in internal sales sales support customer service or order management
  
• Ideally experience in electronics distribution electronic components or another technical B2B environment
  
• Strong customer focus organisational skills and a structured proactive way of working
  
• Fluent Hungarian and good English skills; experience with MS Office and ERP/CRM systems is an advantage
