Inside Sales Representative in Hungary (Budapest)
We need you here:
Your role: close to customers strong in salesAs an internal sales representative you will be the main point of contact between our customers the sales team and our internal departments.
- Consulting with expertise: Support your customers via phone and email providing them with expert advice on pricing availability and potential applications for our electronic components ranging from transistors to capacitors.
- Offers & negotiations: You calculate margins prepare bespoke offers and conduct goal-focused tactful price negotiations.
- Secure order management: You manage incoming orders and delivery statuses to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Business development: You identify follow-up opportunities secure repeat business and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Data accuracy: Who When What Thanks to your careful data management you can always provide information on the status of current orders.
- Team collaboration: You work closely with colleagues from sales purchasing and logistics to ensure the best possible service.
Your experience and qualifications:
- Completed commercial training e.g. office management wholesale and foreign trade or industrial clerk
- Several years of experience in internal sales ideally in the electronics or industrial sector
- Confident use of MS Office especially Excel
- Strong communication skills negotiation ability and enjoyment of customer interaction
- A structured reliable and independent working style
- Team spirit and willingness to continuously develop your skills
