Indirect Tax Trainee

The Indirect Tax Trainee will execute administrative tasks supporting the VAT compliance activities and support the members of the IDT Team in various tasks.

Accountabilities: 

• Ad hoc administrative support 

• Data entry and recording into various systems 

• Invoice/entry quality check 

• Invoice upload into various systems 

• Reconciliation of uploaded invoices to the initial analysis 

• Analysis of the progress and invoice status 

Qualifications :

• Active higher education studies ongoing; BA/MA studies (preferably in the area of Finance or Economics) 

• Fluent English language knowledge

• Data analytics skill set 

• Excel knowledge is an advantage 

• Attention to detail and administrative tasks 

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 

• Eagerness to learn and be a part of a team 

• Can-do attitude
