Job Summary
The Category Manager EEMis responsible forsourcing and category management activitiesinIndirectcategorywithin the Eastern Europe & Mediterranean region.

TheCategoryManageractsasakeybusiness partnersupportingoperationalexcellencesupplierperformance andstrategicsourcinginitiativesacrosstheregion.
Responsibilities
IndirectProcurement
Resposnibilityforcross-regionalcategeorymangementofCarFleetFacilities ProfessionalServicesTravel PPEand IT/Mobile
CollectandconsolidatebusinessrequirementsfromFLstosupportsourcingprojectsforindirectspendcategories.
SupporttheimplementationofAreaandGlobalcategoryplansandsourcingprojects.
BuildandimlementFLcategorystrategiesalignedwithabovementioned
Conductadditionallocalcontractnegotiationswhere.
StandardizeandUpdate localsourcinginstructionsandprocurementpolicies.
Provideguidanceand supporttothebusinessonpreferredsupplierusageandprocurementcompliance.
Support costoptimizationandsupplierrationalizationinitiativesdeliversavingsbasedoncompetitivebiddingandcategoryexpertize.
ReportingtoEEMProcurementManager andtoAreaand GlobalCategorymanagersindottedline.
Requirements
Provenexperienceinsourcingprocurementandcategorymanagement
Experienceworkingwithprojectprocurementandindirectprocurementcategories.
Strongnegotiationandsuppliermanagementskills.
Abilitytomanagemultiplestakeholdersandcomplexsourcingactivities.
StronganalyticalandcommercialmindsetwithabilitytousereportingplatformssuchasPowerBIetc..
ExperiencemanagingRFXscontracts andsupplierperformance.
Goodunderstandingofoperationaland project-basedbusinessenvironments.
Abilitytoworkindependentlyand driveinitiativesproactively.
Strongcommunicationandcollaborationskills.
FluentEnglishskillsbothwrittenandspoken.
Experienceworkingininternationalandmatrixorganizationsisconsideredasanadvantage.
