HR Specialist – Time & Attendance

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting and coordinating processes within the assigned functional area while ensuring the effective execution and continuous optimization of standardized tasks.

Planning implementing and monitoring activities to secure high-quality outcomes and making informed decisions related to individual aspects of your responsibilities.

Collaborating with relevant stakeholders on core functional matters identifying solutions within existing standards and contributing to their occasional enhancement as needed.

Carrying out additional duties assigned by the employer to support overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or a related field complemented by 23 years of experience in personnel administration; SAP knowledge is considered a strong advantage.

Proven track record working in a multinational environment ideally within a Shared Service Center enabling effective operation in diverse and structured settings.

An analytical and proactive mindset paired with excellent communication and organizational skills supporting both independent work and cross-functional collaboration.

The ability to make well-founded decisions and identify suitable solutions autonomously while confidently coordinating routine matters across various hierarchical levels within your area of expertise.

Proficiency in both Hungarian and English in written and spoken form ensuring seamless communication in an international context.
