HR Business Partner

• Be the first HR contact for employees leaders and managers and provides counseling and solution for them in line with business needs
• Drives and supports HR & management processes and tools (performance review organization review telent review people development employee opinion survey etc.) across the organization
• Develops leadership skills; provides coaching and facilitation support to leaders
• Drives recruitment process by understanding business needs in the delegated business units
• Takes part in entry and exit process (offers job descriptionsexit interviews)
• Initiates further developments in HR processes & practices
• Supports local social events and initiatives

• College/university degree preferably in fields of HR
• Min 5 years HR experience
• Fluent in English
  

• Experience of working in matrix organization structures
• Hungarian Labour Code knowledge
• Relationship building and influencing skills customer focus
• Ability to take assertive and proactive actions
• Willingness to travel
