On behalf of our international manufacturing partner we are looking for an experienced results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee the strategic and operational management of the end-to-end supply chain. This role plays a key part in translating business strategies into practical execution optimizing processes and leading an organization of approximately 80 employees across logistics and planning. It is an excellent opportunity for a leader who thrives in a stable people-oriented environment and enjoys driving process improvements and building high-performing teams.

- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations (planning warehousing distribution and procurement) through a direct team of functional managers.
- Review and optimize planning and logistics processes identify bottlenecks and implement system-level enhancements.
- Ensure the effective utilization of planning tools and ERP systems tailored to a complex product portfolio.
- Provide supportive people-focused leadership across both blue-collar and white-collar teams.
- Several years of relevant leadership experience in a highly regulated manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Strong execution mindset with practical problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding people management and communication skills.
- Fluency in both Hungarian and English.
