Key Responsibilities
- As the Head of Site Services and Corporate Security you will oversee all corporate services essential to the normal secure and sustainable operations of our regional campus (covering SHE Security Facilities Administration and Site IT). You will lead a multi-functional organization of 2530 personnel through functional Team Leaders.
- Serve as a senior advisor to the General Manager and Executive Leadership on campus operations operational risks budgeting and business continuity (BCP).
- Act as the designated Site Security Officer. Oversee physical personnel and information security roadmaps and lead the Local Emergency Management team during crisis scenarios.
- Ensure uninterrupted daily operations by establishing robust operational and financial frameworks for Facilities Workplace Services and Technical IT Service Delivery.
- Take ultimate accountability for a robust Safety Health & Environment (SHE) culture ensuring strict compliance with local statutory laws and global corporate objectives.
- Govern contract management vendor relations and procurement strategies for major facility projects and external service providers.
Requirements
- University or College degree.
- Minimum of 68 years of progressive experience within Facilities Management Corporate Services IT Service Delivery or SHE environments.
- At least 35 years of direct people management experience with proven success in leading managers (Team Leads) and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate matrixed global corporate functions (Legal Compliance Global Security) and advise local senior executives.
- Deep understanding of local labor laws and occupational health and safety regulations. Familiarity with European data privacy regulations (GDPR) is a strong advantage.
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in the local language is required for statutory regulatory and authority liaison.
