Software Asset Management Trainee Your future position
Join Givaudan where behind every scent and flavour people and data work in harmony! As a Software Asset Management trainee youll help create a transparent easy-to-use Software & Licence database a tool that truly simplifies the daily operations of our IT organization.
If you enjoy organizing feel comfortable working in Excel and love developing smart solutions this opportunity is for you.
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting the creation of a centralized Software & Licence database
- Reviewing contracts and software usage verifying data accuracy
- Contributing to management-level reporting
- Preparing presentations and summaries about the process
Other interesting tasks you can participate in:
- Optimizing software usage and preparing related reports
- Contributing to financial reports and creating forecasts linked to the IT budget
- Taking part in vendor onboarding contract management and improving commercial processes
Required qualifications:
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables V-lookup)
- Fluent English and Hungarian language skills
- Availability of approximately 20 hours per week (for 612 months)
- Active student status
